Subject: Gem tick box won't stay ticked

Code in mention - https://github.com/reddavis/embedit_ruby/

I click the RubyGem box. It ticks and says settings updated. I then refresh the page an it is no longer ticked.

My gem builds fine locally and passed the safety test fine.
