Subject: Remove stale gems

Please remove the following gems from your index, at your leisure. These are all gems from repos that have since been renamed, so, the gems now appear in your index under their new names.

dburkes-person-name-parser
dburkes-street-address-parser
dburkes-ansi-counties

    I've removed the gems, they'll be gone in the next rebuild.

    All three of those gems still appear in your index- cf. http://gems.github.com/list.html

    oops, sorry, what actually appear are differently-named versions. I think I re-opened the wrong ticket. Sorry about that.
