Subject: Gem force rebuild gem button.

I have one of these clone failures with a for which I've seen the ticket about the real problem, so I don't want to duplicate that ticket.

I'd just like to have the force rebuild gem button to work again so I can try that out. The repo is: http://github.com/alloy/kicker/tree/master

    The button should be back. We're working on a permanent fix.
