Subject: problem building gems, the RubyGem option is not visible

I'm having trouble seeing the RubyGem option in project edit for all of my forks, has anything changed regarding that?

    Gem building has been disabled since the move. Right now we're recommending gemcutter until a final decision is made about our gem builder.
