Subject: gem passes, doen't get built, doesn't fail either

The gem for http://github.com/jackowayed/state-reps/tree/master was building earlier today. Then I pushed a new version, with increased gemspec version and all, and nothing happened. I didn't get a failure message or a success message. I tried the "Rebuild gem" button several times to no avail. njero in #github looked at it and said 'yeah it builds locally and passes the github-test script' and to open a support ticket, so I am.

    We've pushed out a fix, triggering a manual rebuild should work now.
