Subject: Are Service Hooks working at all?

I have set up email, basecamp and jabber service hooks.

All are set to active and all work when I manually test the hook.

However, when I make commits to my account, none of the service hooks are triggered (or they dont arrive).

Are the hooks down? Do I have to do something extra the get them to automatically send updates?
