Subject: I cannot create any hook

I'm trying to add post receive url to any of my project with no luck. It's always claiming "Post-receive URLs saved successfully!" but with no result - no of hooks remains zero all the time.

Am I the only one? The url is just usual to http://runcoderun.com/github

Thanks for any hint.
