Subject: cannot apply patches in fork queue

For bioclipse.cheminformatics, I can again mark patches for apply and no longer get the 'repose in migration' error, and see the page show up which notes that the patch applies, with the 'Update Branch' button... clicking it gets me back the the fork queue, but the patch is not really applied.

    I am sorry, but I do not notice any difference yet: I still cannot apply patches, and still get back to the FQ after the Update Branch button, with the patch still unapplied.

    OK, can't further wait for these patches. Now merging them from the command line.

    If the problem returns later, I'll file a new bug report.
